Surface treatement

Painting process

Painting shop is designed for continuous painting of 100 to 1000 items per shift, depending on the size of painted component.

Process description:

It is performed manually by painting shop operators through hanging hooks.

It is performed in rinsing cabins by pressurized warm water (40°C) with ferro-phosphatic admixture and afterwards by pressurized cold water in two rinsing chambers.

It is performed in the first tunnel of drying-oven by forced circulation of hot air. Air heating is made through gas torches.Drying of items after pre-treatment is performed at temperature under 90° C.

The powder paint is applied by a tribo-technology through eight automatic painting guns which are moving vertically. Painting guns are adjustable in six degrees of freedom. If the items have complicated shapes, then it is also possible to apply the powder paint manually through a hand painting gun.

It is performed in the second tunnel of drying-oven by forced circulation of hot air. Air heating is made through gas torches. Stoving of powder paint after application is performed at temperature of 180° C. The stoving temperature depends on the type of powder paint and is declared in technical data sheets of the respective powder paint.

It is performed manually by painting shop operators.
