Shearing
Company uses for shearing and cutting of flat parts hydraulic and pneumatic shears with possibility to cut steel in max. dimension 1250x2500. For cutting, punching and simply area forming of products we use CNC shearing machines Trumatic 2020 R FMC and Trumatic 3000 R. Machines operate in automatic cycle.
CNC shearing machine TRUMATIC 2020 R FMC
This machine is designed for middle to large series from 100 to 1000 pcs per shift. It operates in an automatic cycle: loading of metal sheets on a work bench is performed by vacuum manipulator and unloading of cut parts together with remaining mesh is performed by telescopic manipulator. Using a special tooling allows production of formed parts, overpresses and punches.
CNC shearing machine TRUMATIC 3000 R
This machine is designed for middle to large series from 100 to 1000 pcs per shift. It operates in fully automatic cycle: loading of metal sheets on a work bench as well as unloading of cut parts is performed by vacuum manipulator. Unloading of remaining mesh is performed by telescopic manipulator. Using a special tooling allows production of formed parts, overpresses and punches. Machine setting allows cutting of metric threads from M3 to M6.
