Laser cutting
Production of difficult shapes is done on CNC laser centre TruLaser 2030. Machine operates in automatic production cycle starting with loading of steel on the table to removal of cutted parts. Machine is able to cut steel to thickness 10 mm, stainless steel to 2 mm and aluminium steel to 1 mm. Max. dimension of material is 1500 x 3000.

This machine is designed for production of parts also in minimum quantities according to customers` requirements. Thanks to used cutting method (cutting by a laser beam) there are no investments in tooling necessary. Therefore both, samples preparation as well as starting-up serial production are very quick and flexible. The machine operates in an automatic cycle: loading of metal sheets on a work bench is performed by vacuum manipulator and unloading of cut parts together with remaining mesh is performed by kinematic manipulator.
